Client Relations Coordinator

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relations Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential to ensuring our borrowers, brokers, and investors receive timely, professional communication and support throughout the lending process. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them navigate documentation requests, providing deal status updates, and maintaining the high level of service we pride ourselves on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email

  • Provide real-time updates to borrowers on the status of their loan applications

  • Follow up on missing documentation and assist clients with navigating document submissions

  • Onboard new brokers and borrowers, ensuring they understand our process and expectations

  • Maintain and update our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with detailed notes from client interactions

  • Support internal teams by relaying client concerns or escalations as needed

  • Help improve client experience by identifying communication gaps or delays

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or real estate preferred

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Comfortable working with CRMs and managing multiple client touchpoints

  • Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups independently

  • Background in lending, title, or real estate transactions is a plus
